Service Description

In an initial consultation, we have a thorough discussion about your current health concerns. I will gather your health information along with discovering your dosha (constitution) and tongue examination. After our consultation, I will develop a personalized treatment plan for you based on Ayurvedic principles. This includes, diet, lifestyle, yoga and herbal medicine. In a follow up consultation, we will discuss how you are feeling since starting your treatment and to see if any changes need to be made to your regimen.
