About Me

Namaste!

My name is Yolanda Dueñas. I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Wellness Educator. I have been studying the ancient science of Ayurveda since 2020 and have 2 years of clinical practice.

My passion for holistic healing started after working in the medical field for many years. I realized the Western approach to healing was more about healing a symptom. Ayurveda, on the other hand, focuses on healing the root cause of disease. By following the laws of nature, the body not only begins to heal itself, it thrives when given the right conditions.

My dharma (duty in this life) is to educate and empower others to put their health back in their hands with a little help from mother nature!

Ayurvedic Philosophy

Ayurveda takes an individualized approach to healing. Everyone is seen as beautiful and unique. Therefore, treatment should also be unique to each individual. By living in balance with nature and its changing seasons, we can live a more healthy, fulfilling life! This is attained by adapting our diet, lifestyle and spiritual practices with the natural changes of our outer environment.

Ayurveda brings to life the concept of preventative care and health promotion!
