About Me

Namaste!

My name is Yolanda Dueñas. I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Wellness Educator. I have been studying the ancient science of Ayurveda since 2020 and have 2 years of clinical practice.

I was inspired to study a holistic approach to healing after working in the medical field for many years. I realized the Western approach to healing was more about healing a symptom without actually healing the patient.

My dharma (duty in this life) is to help others get back to the basics of living in harmony with nature, reminding them of their power to be their own healers!

Ayurvedic Philosophy

Ayurveda takes an individualized approach to healing. Everyone is seen as beautiful and unique. Therefore, treatment should also be unique to each individual. By living in balance with nature and its changing seasons, we can live a more healthy, fulfilling life! This is attained by adapting our diet, lifestyle and spiritual practices with the natural changes of our outer environment.

Ayurveda brings to life the concept of preventative care and health promotion!
